• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or abuse the service infrastructure.

While we strive to meet official requirements, we do not guarantee that photos generated by PassportPhotoAI will be accepted by any government agency, embassy, or institution. Requirements may change without notice. Always verify current requirements with the issuing authority before submitting your photo.

You retain full ownership of photos you upload and photos generated from your uploads.PassportPhotoAI does not claim any rights to your images. All software, design, and database content on this site is owned by PassportPhotoAI and may not be reproduced without permission.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PassportPhotoAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to visa application rejections or missed travel deadlines.
